Semi-cooked cheese made from pasteurised milk, produced in Lombardy following technological patterns similar to those of fontina. With its mild delicate flavour, Fontal Mauri is ideal as a table cheese, tasty and inviting whatever the occasion.

Typically traditional Italian cheeses are refined and selected thanks to Mauri’s great cheesemaking experience.
